       My legal career began in Virginia, where I practiced civil litigation, business law, real estate, and wills and trusts—guiding families, entrepreneurs, and small businesses through major personal and financial decisions. Over the years, my work expanded into finance, Banking, consulting, and business advisory services. I spent much of my career working directly with homeowners, parents, and business owners on transactions that shaped their long-term stability and family legacy.

 

This combined background gave me something rare in the estate-planning world: a deep, real-world understanding of how families build wealth, how assets transfer, what actually happens at the closing table, and the financial ripple effects of poor—or incomplete—planning. It’s one thing to draft documents. It’s another to understand how they play out in real life. I’ve seen both sides, and that experience now directly benefits my clients.

 

Today, at Commonwealth Law Practice, PLLC, I focus exclusively on Virginia estate planning, including wills, trusts, children's trusts, asset-protection strategies, powers of attorney, and advance medical directives. My virtual practice allows me to serve clients statewide with convenience, clarity, and a level of personal attention that traditional firms struggle to match.
